
Lane Gardner
Lane Gardner is a dedicated civil litigator with a background in private practice and public service. She represents individuals and corporations in various complex litigation matters, including breach of contract, trade secret disputes, and unfair and deceptive trade practice claims.
Her experience spans both state and federal courts in North Carolina and Georgia, with a practical, result-oriented approach to resolving complex legal issues.
Before private practice, Lane served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Augusta Judicial Circuit, where she prosecuted a broad spectrum of felony cases and gained valuable courtroom experience. After graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law, she clerked for the Honorable J. Wade Padgett and the Honorable Sheryl B. Jolly in the Superior Court of Columbia County gaining experience in civil, criminal, and domestic matters.
Lane teaches legal writing and research at Central Piedmont Community College for the Paralegal Technology Program, helping train future paralegals in practical litigation skills and legal database research.
Away from the office, Lane enjoys traveling with her husband Thomas and their two Yorkies, Poppy and Teddy.
