Carson Pace focuses her practice on business and commercial litigation.
Carson joined the Bell, Davis & Pitt team in 2025 following her two-year clerkship with Chief Judge Michael L. Robinson of the North Carolina Business Court, gaining experience in business and civil litigation. During law school, Carson’s interest in business litigation grew through her internships with the North Carolina Business Court, including working with Judge Adam M. Conrad, Judge Julianna T. Earp, and retired Chief Judge Louis A. Bledsoe III.
Carson grew up in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She achieved her undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she was a proud member of the Charlotte Softball team. She obtained her law degree from Elon University School of Law, where she served on the Moot Court Board, volunteered as the pro bono Tax-Aide Leader with Elon Law’s Tax Preparation Program, and was selected as a member of the Business Fellowship program.
Away from the office, she enjoys watching documentaries, trying new coffee shops, and taking her dog, Archie, on long walks to explore the city of Charlotte.
