New North Carolina Business Court Location in Winston-Salem

		As reported by the Wake Forest University School of Law, the newest location for the North Carolina Business Court will be in Winston-Salem. The new courtroom at the School of Law is expected to be ready in January, 2017.
The North Carolina Business Court was created in 1995. Cases involving complex and significant issues of corporate and commercial law in North Carolina are designated by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of North Carolina to the Business Court. Recent demand has prompted the expansion of the Court to Winston-Salem making it more convenient to litigate business disputes.
