WINSTON-SALEM/CHARLOTTE (July 8, 2013) --- Walter W. (Wrennie) Pitt, a founding member of the Winston-Salem-based law firm of Bell, Davis & Pitt, PA has been elected to serve a two-year term as an at-large vice president of the Board of Governors of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA). The election was held at the Association’s annual meeting June 22, 2013.
Pitt is a graduate of the Wake Forest University Law School, receiving his JD in 1971. His practice concentrates in the areas of Commercial Transactions, Banking Litigation, Bankruptcy Alternatives, Business Bankruptcy, Collections, Commercial Lending, Creditor Representation, Foreclosures, Lender Liability, Reorganizations and Workouts, Secured Transactions, Statutory Liens and Uniform Commercial Code issues.
