This did not include an extension of the filing deadline of April 15, 2020. In other words, the usual filing deadlines still applied, but one could defer payment of any taxes owed until July 15, 2020. News reports indicate that the filing deadline is going to be extended:

The return filing deadline remains April 15, 2020. Corporations and consolidated groups can postpone up to $10 million in tax payments while all other taxpayers can postpone up to $1 million, the IRS stated.
