Updated Info on 2017 Property Tax Revaluations in Triad NC

We previously posted that several counties in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina [Forsyth; Guilford; Davie; Yadkin; and Alamance] were all revaluing property in 2017. At the time of our post, we had only limited information as to when revaluation notices would be forthcoming and when would be the deadline for appeals to the local BER, if the owner was not happy with the assessed value. We have gotten updated info on these counties and it is as follows:

BER deadline June 30th

Guilford

Alamance
