Bell, Davis & Pitt attorney Colleen Byers will present a session on "Thrive — Achieving Well-being Amidst the Challenges of Lawyering and Life" at the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) 2019 Annual Review Meeting on October 17 & 18.
During this session, Byers will discuss topics related to lawyer well-being including stress, burnout, resilience, mindfulness and work-life balance. She will also share mindfulness techniques to improve focus, efficiency and effectiveness, as well as offer tools and resources to create a thriving and fulfilling legal practice. "Thrive — Achieving Well-being Amidst the Challenges of Lawyering and Life" will be held on Thurs., Oct. 17 at 10 a.m.
The NCBA 2019 Annual Review will be held at the North Carolina Bar Center in Cary, N.C. Attendees will receive 12 hours total of CLE credit, including 2 hours of ethics/professional responsibility credit, 1 hour of substance abuse/mental health credit and 1 hour of technology training.
