Bell, Davis & Pitt has announced that its Charlotte office has moved to a new space as of the end of May. The move comes as a part of the firm’s expanded presence in the Charlotte market.
“Charlotte is a great city, and we are proud to be a part of this vibrant business community,” said attorney Ward Davis, founding director of the Charlotte office. “Our new space will allow us to continue to grow our team and serve our current and prospective clients with the same dedication to excellence.”
The firm’s new 7,397-square-foot office is in the same building, but is more than double the size of its previous office space, which it occupied since opening its Charlotte office in early 2004. Last year, Bell, Davis & Pitt added two prominent attorneys—Josh Durham and Jason James—to its Charlotte office, and will be joined by attorney Derek Bast at the end of August 2017. Bast is currently serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Louis A. Bledsoe, III, in the North Carolina Business Court. The Charlotte team focuses on litigation, within a broad range of practice areas, including business and corporate law, banking and financial legal services, construction law and real estate law.
“We believe that our Charlotte team, with its highly talented attorneys, is well poised for future growth,” said Kevin Williams, president of Bell, Davis & Pitt. “This new office space will provide the physical foundation to allow our team to grow organically as demand for our services in this market continues to increase.”
Bell, Davis & Pitt’s office is in the Carillon building in the center of uptown Charlotte, at 227 West Trade Street, Suite 1800. The firm’s phone number (704-227-0400) will remain the same.
