WINSTON-SALEM/CHARLOTTE (January 26, 2015) – Attorneys Colleen L. Byers and Justin M. Hardy have been elected directors at the law firm of Bell, Davis & Pitt, PA.
Colleen Byers’ practice concentrates in Civil Litigation, including Banking, Contracts, Fiduciary, Professional Malpractice, Uniform Commercial Code, Unfair Competition & Unfair Trade. She also practices in the areas of Animal Law, Appellate Advocacy, and Guardianship matters. Byers received her J.D., cum laude, and M.B.A from Creighton University in 2008. She also received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Creighton in 2005.
Justin Hardy’s practice concentrates in the areas of Tax Controversy, including Property Tax Disputes; Intellectual Property; and general business law. Hardy received his J.D, magna cum laude, in 2008 from Michigan State University’s College of Law. He earned his B.S. degree in 2005 from Central Michigan University.
