Davis graduated from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 1966. His practice focuses on representing individual and corporate clients in civil litigation, including banking, securities, antitrust, and contract disputes. Davis’ honors, in addition to the Chambers and Partners’ listing as one of North Carolina’s best litigators, includes listings in The Best Lawyers in America® in Litigation and Business North Carolina Magazine’s “Legal Elite,” including Best in North Carolina in Litigation in 2006.
