Arthur J. DeBaugh, Litigation
DeBaugh’s practice specializes in the areas of Intellectual Property, Trademarks, Copyrights, Licensing, and intellectual property litigation. He is a 1988 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. William K. Davis, Litigation
Davis received his undergraduate degree form Davidson College in 1960, his MBA from the University of North Carolina in 1961, and in 1966 graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law. Davis’ practice focuses on representing individual and corporate clients in civil litigation, including banking, securities, anti-trust, and contract disputes. His peers have recognized him through his listing in The Best Lawyers in America® and North Carolina’s “Legal Elite,” including Best in North Carolina in Litigation in 2006. Active in civic and professional organizations, Davis serves as the chair of the Board of Law Examiners of the State of North Carolina.
