Bell, Davis & Pitt Chief Administrative Officer Polk Named to North Carolina Baptist Hospital Board of Trustees

WINSTON-SALEM/CHARLOTTE (January 16, 2014) – Carol F. Polk, Chief Administrative Officer at the law firm of Bell, Davis & Pitt, PA has been named to the Board of Trustees at North Carolina Baptist Hospital, part of the integrated Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

Polk has serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of Bell, Davis & Pitt, PA, a full-service law firm based in Winston-Salem, since 2006. Before joining the firm, Polk was President and Co-Founder of a global consumer goods company, Chief Operating Officer at two mid-sized businesses, Director with a publically traded consumer goods business, and Vice President of Corporate Planning at a large financial services corporation.

Polk earned an MBA from Wake Forest University’s Babcock Graduate School of Management’s Executive Program in 1989 and received the 2010 Outstanding Volunteer Leadership Award presented by the Forsyth County United Way’s Women’s Leadership Council.
