Kevin Roak

Kevin’s practice focuses on construction defects, design defects, and other litigation matters. 

Kevin counsels project owners and managers, architects, other design professionals, general contractors, and subcontractors throughout the litigation process.  He has experience litigating a wide variety of matters in state and federal courts.

Kevin attended the University of Alabama School of Law and previously worked in Birmingham, AL where he handled construction-related matters and other complex litigation.  Kevin is experienced working on appellate issues and is licensed in both Alabama and North Carolina.

Kevin moved to Charlotte in October 2020 with his wife, Ali.  While away from the office, Kevin enjoys playing golf and basketball, cooking, traveling, watching the Sixers, and trying way too many dishes at a new restaurant.
