Andrew Freeman litigates matters in all levels of trial and appellate courts, including business, employment, banking, insurance, intellectual property, real property, and will, trusts, and estates matters.
Andrew began practicing law at Bell, Davis & Pitt after graduating from Wake Forest University School of Law. His principal areas of practice include civil litigation matters relating to:

- Unfair or deceptive trade practices
- Trade secrets
- Fraud
- Intellectual property

- General business disputes
- Business torts
Andrew also handles appeals before the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the North Carolina Supreme Court and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Andrew is active in the North Carolina Bar Association and in his community. He routinely serves on committees that focus on matters such as pro bono and poverty law issues, mentorship of teenagers, and leadership issues.
Born and raised in Durham, he moved to Winston-Salem to attend law school after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Andrew, his wife, Kristen, and their four children all enjoy many outdoor activities.
