Bio

Monica Guy concentrates her practice in the area of family and domestic issues representing husbands, wives, mothers, fathers and grandparents on various legal issues. She has handled cases in all aspects of family relations, including adoption, child custody and visitation, termination of parental rights, child support, spousal support (alimony), separation agreements, enforcement of orders relating to support, divorce, property division (equitable division), cohabitation agreements, pre-marital (pre-nuptial) agreements, marriage, domestic violence and other legal issues pertinent to the family.
